Day 108 and Day 109

Tuesday I went to the gym and literally used the 1st day of week 1 as my warm up, did some deadlifting and arm things as well as lunges and squats.. was great..

Wednesday I’d pulled a muscle in my buttocks/leg so running was out of the question plus it hurt to walk really so wasnt at the gym very long tbh…
