60 mins power walk (is there any other walk on the treadmill?) then did day 1 of week 1 couch to 5k again figured I’d do day 2 Wednesday and day 3 friday as there’s only 3 days in each week so can share it out

Tabata Fit at 6 so looking forward to it..
