Day 89-90

Thursday and friday.. managed about 45,000 in total over both days and I’m still going… I’m so back on track and even more addicted to the gym, I’ve been sticking to my waist training and my shakes and have been logging my food/drink religiously.. 

did a cheeky weigh in on Thursday night (after a day of eating/dinner etc) 12st 9lb so had lost a pound but I’ll get there.. official weigh in sunday though..

Saturday got serena coming with me to the gym on a day pass so should be good to put her through her paces and have a friend to work out with 😊
