Day 87

Tuesday brought a new day and a new step goal of 10,000 which I reached, my aim is to always try and reach my step goal even if I can’t get to the gym, however the only day that I really can’t get to the gym is tuesday so 6/7 isn’t bad.. 


Really starting to love exercise and I dunno why I didn’t do it sooner..
