Got up, went to the gym but didnt stay there long. I don’t know why but i’m starting to get breathless on the treadmill. maybe I need to start running again?
Tomorrow after college i’m going to the gym so i’ll try my couch to 5k again via podcast and so hopefully I can crack on and start getting better again..
not much else to say tbh
2lb gain so now 12st 10lb but I’ll lose that over time
