Took liv back to her dads and then headed to the gym, Did walking on incline and squats/lunges, didn’t stay there long as I was tired come 6/7 when I got there.
I’m enjoying my protein shakes for breakfast and lunch and my soft bakes/nutri-grain elevenses.
I had the best dinner tho.. salmon in pastry and dill sauce with sweet potato mash and Brussel sprouts. was amazing!
