Day 80

Completed day 2 of 7 (week 1) am hurting today, did abs blast that was awesome too.. did a further 30 minutes on the treadmill today, my calves and thighs hurt from my squats, didn’t manage any lunges today tho.. never mind..

Need food and a bath.. got my new waist trainer today too will post a picture tomorrow too tired now..
