Day 73

Monday gym class was sh-amazing, I managed week 1, day 1 of my running for weightloss and although my calves are hurting today I feel good, can’t wait to do day 2 today, got my abs class tonight and I might attempt cardio blast too. 

I’m glad I’ve found my treadmill mojo again.. 

having my shake for breakfast and lunch with healthy meals (usually) I started drinking pepsi max again but from today no more, back on water again.. need to crack on being healthy..
