Day 48

So this week I’ve lost 2lb I’ve been sticking to my shakes, tablets and gym finally I’m into the 12’s after 40+ days.

Had my HIIT class today at half 10 was amazing gonna hurt tomorrow hopefully!

Did a good 55 minutes walking on the treadmill too then came home, they have new zumba classes starting so deffo need to try get there for that.. starting to see results numbers wise anyway.. need to start losing the inches again.
