At West London university for my interview, going okay, bored tho..
body is feeling okay surprisingly after the gym yesterday, ached this morning but now I’ve moved and eaten its all good, keeping my food and exercise diary which i feel is really good motivation to eat well. I always log what I do at the gym anyway but I’ve got my 30 day ab challenge to do today anyway so will probably incorporate some other ab exercises in that too.. need a medicine ball.. some exercises require it and I’m getting quite a stock of exercise gear so awesome!!
