Day 28

So I feel like I’ve been run over.. back hurts, legs hurt, abs hurt.. feel awesome. I love waking up in pain because it means I did a good job. Means I trained hard. 

Got 5 of my protein shakes left thank goodness then I can get more but double chocolate again which is 10x nicer than the chocolate mint. 

Feeling awesome, confident, happy 😊 

More ab work later before my legs, bums and tums and my fat burn classes tomorrow. Eeek
