Day 27

HIIT or High intensity interval training for those who don’t know was awesome.. there was only 2 of us in the class so we both worked together and got the bits done, one was one of us planked whilst the other did to laps up and down by the treadmills, was sit ups.. burpees (without the end jump) mountain climbers and jumping mountain climbers.. cancelled my evening class for family meal with dan and liv to celebrate her good parents evening.

Overall good session at the gym, feeling positive and good.. invigorated.
