Day 26

Did this: 

My personal trainer (3 free sessions at gym) told me to stay at 12 incline as 15 is too much because you’ll lean back so I stayed at 12 from 9 – 18 then continued from there. Then I did the bike for 45 minutes and then rowed for 5 minutes as a cool down. Nailed it 🤘🏻

Feeling good, will do some ab work at home later but otherwise all set for my HIIT class tomorrow in the morning and legs, bums and tums class tomorrow evening.
