Day 23

Been at college today so haven’t exercised today, had a shake for breakfast and lunch, don’t know whats for dinner yet.

Lost:

  • 2 inches off my chest.
  • 1 inch off my waist.
  • 3 inches off my left thigh
  • 2 inches off my right thigh

3 weeks difference.. toning up (clearly not losing anything)
