Day 18

Brought myself an exercise mat for at home, I’ve got my lunges/crunches/jumping jack etc to do when I can’t get to the gym so am positive. My body aches slightly after yesterday am starting to think I need to push myself more as I’m obviously getting used to the workouts and therefore its not going to be effective in the long run otherwise. 

I’m having a hunger day where I just want to eat and eat and eat but know that I’ll feel worse for it if I do so I’m going to ignore my cravings and push through. 

I’m happy that I’ve not given up and I’m hoping that I won’t give up.
